PRIVATE UNIQUE RELAXING YOURS FOR A BIT
Have you ever gotten a chance to play a round of golf and your small group of friends are the only ones on the course. Vs playing on a public or Private course where you are constantly worried if you are going too fast and the 4some in front of you are going to slow. Or the group behind you seem a little pushy or you have the guy in your group who is looking for his ball so often it is beginning to stress you out and you feel you need to say something.
It is Ironic that as I type this there was just a Canadian golf video showing an all out brawl of 2 foursomes going at it. I believe it started because one group was too slow. But the timing is perfect to discuss Exclusivity Golf.
Imagine paying a fee, signing a waiver, and for the next number of hours you and your friends basically, have the course all to yourself. A couple of times my good friend Ron took me out to Victorian Nationals, in Newburgh IN. (One of the nicest high end courses in Indiana,) and we played all day and saw almost no one else around. The joy and relaxation of never once worrying about how you played, how often you hit your shot and feeling all the while total freedom. This for me planted the seed of Exclusivity Golf. Your group almost owns the golf course, at least for a short time.
But let’s build a course whereby it has a few extra nuances that you will not see on other courses. Themed tee boxes, synthetic turf greens, a variety of fairway natural grasses, an axe throwing area( when you’re really frustrated), a trebuchet for launching projectiles, a floating bridge to cross the lake. A tee box coming off of a tree house deck where the piano can be played as your partner is teeing off. Just to name a few.
Exclusivity golf can be played as little as 2 hours or all day. The lake is yours and have you ever walked in a lake with synthetic turf on the bottom to keep the mud from getting between your toes. If a really really Private course is what you are seeking. And golf may bore you at times. I have an Idea. The wildlife is pretty cool also.

P.s did you notice on the video it was the old guy kicking the crap out of the younger one. He’s not as good as he once was , but he’s as good once as……..
